How it Works
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1:
A fully integrated marketing campaign (print, digital, email, and social media) encourages employees to nominate their company via an online application.
Step 2:
Employees from nominated companies are contacted by email and asked to measure how true 22 short statements are about their organizations. Categories include: diversity, perks, ethics, family friendliness, work-life balance, fulfillment and meaningfulness, and more.
Step 3:
Winners are chosen in small, medium, and large business categories and formally announced at the annual Top Workplaces D-FW event and in the Top Workplaces D-FW magazine.
